Rev. Ken Cross, M. Div., LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and the Pastoral Therapist and Director for Christian Counseling Services, and the owner of New Day Atlanta Therapy LLC. He graduated from Bradwell Institute in Hinesville, GA and then went on to get his Bachelor’s degree in education from Georgia Southern University. In 2002, he graduated with his Masters of Divinity from Emory University’s Candler School of Theology and is an Ordained Elder of the United Methodist Church. Ken is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and has finished his post graduate work in Marriage and Family Therapy with Mercer University.
Ken seeks to offer quality counseling and training from a sound Christian and therapeutic base. He believes that growth emerges with the integration of both the emotional and spiritual aspects of our lives. He also believes that growth is related to our significant relationships, most often our families and spouse. Ken enjoys working with individuals, couples and families to help them move toward healing, health and hope for a New Day. In addition to traditional counseling the Christian Counseling Service also offers: Pre-Marital Counseling, Couple Retreats, and Classes and Seminars on family life, stress, and grief.
